Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Wood Fence Installation, Wood Fence Repair, Kitchen Backsplash Installation, Laminate Flooring Installation, Ceramic Tile Installation, Roof Repair provided by Alex Remodeling. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://houstonresidentialremodeling.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alex Remodeling or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Alex Remodeling may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://houstonresidentialremodeling.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Alex Remodeling makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Alex Remodeling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alex Remodeling from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
